158 new energy vehicles enter the vehicle purchase tax exemption catalog
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the 'Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products' (Batch No. 340), 'The Catalog of Recommended Models for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles' (Batch 1 in 2021), and 'Entitlement to Vehicle and Ship Tax Reduction Four announcements including the “Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models Exempted from Vehicle Purchase Tax” (the twenty-third batch) and the “Catalogue of New Energy Vehicles Exempted from Vehicle Purchase Tax” (the thirty-ninth batch).
Among them, in the 'Catalogue of New Energy Vehicles Exempted from Vehicle Purchase Tax' (the 39th batch), a total of 158 new energy vehicle models were selected into the catalog.
In terms of pure electric passenger vehicles, FAW Hongqi E-QM5, FAW Pentium E05, BYD e3, Porsche Taycan 4S, Nezha V, Nezha U, Geely Emgrand EVPRO, Geometry A, 35 models including Geometry C and Tesla Model Y were selected in the catalog.
In terms of plug-in hybrid passenger vehicles, including Great Wall Motors Mocha PHEV, Latte PHEV, Cappuccino PHEV, Macchiato PHEV and Beijing Benz E 350 e L, and BYD Tang and BYD Song Eleven models including PLUS were selected.
It is worth noting that the 39th batch of catalogues also shows that Changan Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co., Ltd. changed its name to Shenzhen Baoneng Automobile Co., Ltd.
