Geely Automobile sold 100,000 vehicles in March, up 37% year-on-year

Blue Whale Automobile News, April 7th, today, Geely Automobile (00175) announced the sales data for March and the first quarter, of which 100,000 vehicles were sold in March, a year-on-year increase of 37% and a month-on-month increase of 30%. The quarterly sales volume was 333,600 units, an increase of approximately 62% year-on-year, and 22% of the 2021 full-year sales target has been completed.

According to the specific data, the sales of Geely brand cars in March were 40,000, and the sales of SUVs were 58,000. Among them, the first CMA structure car, Xingrui, sold 14,400 in March, an increase of about 97% from the previous month; Gram brand sales were 16,400 vehicles, an increase of approximately 122% year-on-year and an increase of approximately 39% month-on-month.

In terms of new energy, Geely sold a total of 5,600 new energy and electrified vehicles in March; in addition, in overseas markets, Geely’s exports exceeded 10,000 vehicles to 10,064 in March, an increase of approximately 219%.
