The new joint venture has a registered capital of 300 million yuan. After completion, it will integrate technology research and development and industrialization operations as the only main body serving Geely Automobile in the field of unmanned driving. The joint venture company will provide Geely with autonomous driving products such as intelligent driving systems and components, self-driving taxis and systems, cloud platforms and data centers through independent development or external cooperation.
