(1) Cause of failure

①Improper adjustment of the throttle valve can not reach the fully open position; ②The air filter is clogged and dirty. ④Cylinder misfire or a certain cylinder does not work; ⑤Ignition system failure, incorrect ignition timing or weak high-pressure spark; ⑥Air flow meter or intake manifold vacuum sensor, coolant temperature sensor, throttle position sensor failure; ⑦ The injector is blocked or poorly atomized; ⑧The exhaust gas recirculation device works poorly; ⑨The cylinder compression pressure is too low or the valve timing is inaccurate; ⑩Exhaust is blocked, and the intake manifold vacuum is obviously low when the engine is loaded .

(2)Troubleshooting

1) Perform fault self-diagnosis and check whether there is a fault code.

2) Depress the accelerator pedal to the end and check whether the throttle is fully opened.

3) Check whether the air filter is clogged. 4) Check the ignition timing with the ignition timing lamp.

5) Check for obvious lack of cylinders. It can be used for single-cylinder fire and oil-cut test.

6) Check all spark plugs, high-voltage wires, and ignition coils.

7) Check the fuel pressure, disassemble the fuel injector, and check whether the fuel injection volume is normal.

8) Detect signals of air flow meter, throttle position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, coolant temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, and deflagration sensor.

9) Check whether the exhaust gas is unblocked and whether the three-way catalytic converter is blocked.

10) Measure cylinder compression pressure, check valve and piston carbon deposits, dismantle and inspect engine, etc.
