It is understood that the municipal sanitation vehicle launched this time is a sanitation sprinkler powered by hydrogen fuel cells. This model has successfully passed the fuel cell vehicle production qualification and production access review, and two models have been approved. The model announcement will be gradually extended to all parts of the country in the future.
Under the guidance of SAIC's “New Four Modernizations” strategy for commercial vehicles, SAIC Hongyan has been actively committed to promoting new energy product Ru0026D and technological innovation, and laying out the new energy heavy truck market. At the sixth-generation heavy-duty truck press conference held by SAIC Hongyan on November 17, hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks made a stunning appearance and were highly recognized by customers and the industry.
According to the official data obtained by China Automotive News Network, up to now, SAIC Hongyan has launched urban sanitation, urban muck, urban distribution logistics, intercity logistics, cold chain logistics, less-than-carload transportation, and steel plant short barge , Coal short barge, port consolidation and other series of hydrogen fuel cell heavy trucks. The product can be started at a low temperature of -30℃, the maximum cruising range can reach more than 1000km, the hydrogen supplement time is less than 15 minutes, and the low hydrogen consumption is 7.5-14kg/100km. SAIC Hongyan's hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck has been listed as a recommended model in many hydrogen energy demonstration cities, and will gradually land more than 10,000 units in the next four years. The hydrogen sprinkler released this time is one of the star products.
