The 'Notice' pointed out that in order to accelerate the establishment of a technological innovation system with in-depth integration of industry, academia and research, and support the high-quality development of the 'new energy automobile' industrial cluster, it is planned to establish the 'Guangdong Greater Bay Area New Energy Automobile Industry Technology Innovation Alliance' 'At the same time, it recruits member units from enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes, institutions, and intellectual property service organizations in the new energy vehicle field and the upper, middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain in and outside the province and in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The professional fields include but are not limited to: Pure electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, intelligent networked vehicles, etc.
The 'Notice' also announced the 'Preparation Plan for the New Energy Automobile Industry Technology Innovation Alliance in the Greater Bay Area of u200bu200bGuangdong Province' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Plan').
According to the 'PlanIn 2019, the province's automobile manufacturing industry's operating income was 840.478 billion yuan, realizing an industrial increase of 176.835 billion yuan; the province's automobile production was 3.1197 million, accounting for 12.2% of the country's total automobile production. Among them, the output of new energy vehicles was 155,900, accounting for 13.1% of the national output. At the same time, the relevant research results in the field of new energy vehicles in Guangdong Province are also in the forefront of the country, and it has long-term cooperation with many leading foreign technology institutions and enterprises. It is the high ground for the development and technological innovation of my country's new energy vehicle industry.
The 'Plan' stated that the alliance will explore industry needs, promote in-depth cooperation between industry, university and research, and regularly release industry technology development reports, market information, industry maps, white papers, blue books, yearbooks and other industry information and technology comprehensive reports; Scientific and technological services, the formation of a normalized industrial technology exchange mechanism, the formulation of automotive industry standards and norms, and the development of professional evaluations. At the same time, establish expert think tanks and industrial databases to support government work and carry out international cooperation and exchanges.
