The picture above shows the JAC 1.5TGDI+Hyboost micro-hybrid system, which integrates turbocharged intercooling, direct injection (GDI), dual variable Timing valve technology (DVVT) and the 48V BSG system are integrated. Under the premise of ensuring engine power output, it can also achieve precise fuel injection, variable valve control, and BSG braking energy recovery, which greatly reduces engine fuel consumption and achieves power and Good fuel consumption ratio.
It is worth mentioning that the performance of this 1.5T in-cylinder direct injection engine is very eye-catching: the maximum torque is 251Nm/1500rpm-4500rpm, the rated power is 128KW/5500rpm, The power per litre is as high as 85.4kW/L.
Of course, the 48V BSG system is the place to be touted for this set of power, which is composed of 48V BSG, 48V battery pack and 48V/12VDCDC step-down module.
Among them, the 48V BSG has a peak power of 12kW, a peak torque of 55Nm, and a maximum efficiency of 85%. The cell of the 48V battery uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) material, the battery capacity is 8Ah, and the battery energy is 384Wh. The remaining 48V to 12V DCDC step-down module has a rated power of 1.8kW and a maximum efficiency of 92%.
This is another car company stepping into this field after the Audi SQ7 launched the 48V auxiliary power system in 2016, although it will inevitably involve some foreign weak hybrid patented technologies.
