JAC Volkswagen Ru0026D Center will be officially completed tomorrow

On the morning of December 8, the JAC Volkswagen Ru0026D Center will be officially completed in Hefei, Anhui. Jianghuai Volkswagen Co., Ltd., established in December 2017, is a joint venture between Volkswagen Group and Jianghuai Automobile Group. In the future, more new energy models will be born in this Ru0026D center.

As early as May 29, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Province, Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Volkswagen China Investment'), Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Jiang Automobile Holdings' ') The three parties have jointly signed the 'Letter of Intent to Increase Capital to Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Holdings Co., Ltd.'; since then, Volkswagen China Investment and Jianghuai Automobile have jointly signed a capital increase agreement for Jianghuai Volkswagen. According to the latest announcement, on December 22, the above-mentioned capital increase has completed the industrial and commercial registration change, and Jianghuai Volkswagen Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to 'Volkswagen (Anhui) Co., Ltd.'.

Nowadays, the mutual binding between JAC and Volkswagen Group has deepened. Previously, the Volkswagen Group had promised that once the relevant capital increase agreement was approved, it would introduce models to 'Jianghuai VolkswagenAfter the JAC Volkswagen Ru0026D Center is officially completed and opened, more new energy models will be developed and put into production in the future.
