According to foreign media reports, Elon Musk said that Tesla’s design changes to Cybertruck will not be released until the second quarter of 2021. At that time, detailed information about new features and options, as well as the estimated time for the first delivery may also be released at the same time.

Musk told a fan on Twitter that this update 'may be in the second quarter.' Musk also added that Cybertruck will be produced at the Texas Gigafactory, so the company's current focus is to put the car into production.
The Cybertruck was first unveiled in November 2019, and Tesla held a press conference for the car in Hawthorne, California. However, since its debut, Cybertruck has undergone several changes in size and design, so the outside world is currently unable to determine what the car will look like. But Musk said in the fourth quarter 2020 earnings conference call that they have finalized the exterior design of the car.
In a previous podcast interview, Musk said: 'This is almost what Cybertruck looks like. There will only be a small difference. We adjusted the size a bit and the adjustment was less than 3%. We don't want to make too many adjustments.' Musk said that although the Cybertruck's size has been modified by 3%, its overall design will not change much. This truck equipped with a stainless steel structure and bulletproof glass is expected to begin delivery in early 2022. In the fourth quarter 2020 earnings conference call, Musk once said: 'If we are lucky, we may deliver a few Cybertruck by the end of 2021.'
Currently, Tesla's focus is to complete the construction of the new factory. The Texas Gigafactory will be the largest plant to date by Tuska. It will be responsible for all Cybertruck production in eastern North America. In addition, the plant will also produce Model 3 and Model Y models.
