The application for Beijing brand indicators in the first half of 2021 will be closed on March 8

A few days ago, we learned from the Beijing News that on January 1 this year, Beijing’s new policy for the regulation of the number of passenger cars was officially implemented. January 1 to March 8 is the time for applicants to fill in and submit applications for the indicators for the first half of the year. The relevant departments will then review the application status. In other words, today is the last day to apply for the Beijing licensing indicators in the first half of the year, and the review results can be inquired on April 9.

Starting from this year, on the basis of individual lottery numbers and waiting lists, the Beijing New Deal for Small Bus Indicators has added a way to obtain indicators based on 'car-free families'. The indicators for passenger cars will be allocated to “car-free families” first, and 60% of the personal new energy vehicle indicators will be allocated to applicants for car-free families. According to the New Deal, January 1 to March 8 is the time for index applicants to fill in and submit applications. During this period, 'car-free families' apply for index, couples apply for change of registered vehicles, and 'one person with multiple cars' owners apply. All businesses such as transferring registered vehicles to relatives can be reported through designated websites.

It should be noted that the New Deal has also adjusted the schedule of indicator application and allocation, from 6 allocations per year to 3 allocations. Among them, new energy indicators are allocated in May, and common indicators are allocated in June and December. Regardless of whether the application is an individual or a family unit, or a Beijing brand passenger car change or transfer registration application, it can be submitted within two time periods each year, which are January 1st-March 8th and August 1st- October 8.

Submit the application as a household. You can choose either new energy indicators or general indicators, or just select ordinary indicators. Those who choose new energy indicators or common indicators should first participate in the new energy indicator configuration on May 26. If they are shortlisted, they are not allowed to participate in the common indicator configuration; those who are not shortlisted can continue to participate in the common indicator configuration.

Only one Jing brand passenger car can be submitted for registration of change or transfer within one declaration period. After the application has been reviewed and approved, and the vehicle management department has completed the vehicle change or transfer registration procedures, it can continue to declare other vehicle changes or transfer registration applications.

For citizens who apply for the allocation of indicators in the first half of this year, there are several key time points to pay attention to.

Among them, for applications submitted from January 1 to March 8, the indicator management agency will collect and send them to relevant departments for review on March 9, and the relevant departments should give feedback on the results of the review before April 8. Applicant units, families and individuals can inquire about the review results on designated websites or external office windows set up by the district governments. If there is any objection to the review result, an application for review shall be submitted before April 23 (within 15 days), and the corresponding review unit shall feed back the review result before May 24.

In addition, the Beijing Small Bus Indicators Office reminds that applicants should ensure that their ID cards, work residence permits and other documents are within the validity period during the review period; when reviewing individual tax payment information, review the previous year of the application year Begin to project forward for five consecutive years. You can break the month but not the year. If there is a break, the supplementary payment will be invalid.
