Changsha Intelligent Driving Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Xidi Intelligent Driving') recently completed 300 million yuan in Series B financing. This financing is the second financing settlement that Xidi Zhijia completed within three months. In January this year, Xidi Zhijia has just completed a round of 400 million yuan financing.

On April 8, according to Jiazi Lightyear, Changsha Intelligent Driving Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Xidi Intelligent Driving') recently completed 300 million yuan in Series B financing. This round of financing was led by Xinding Capital, with additional investment from Lenovo Star, Baidu Ventures and other old shareholders, and investors such as Chuanghe Huimao, Gandao, Xingxiang, and Wolong followed suit. Jiazi Guangnian served as the financial advisor for this round of financing.

This financing is the second financing settlement completed by Xidi Zhijia within three months. According to Tianyan Check, in January this year, Xidi Zhijia has just completed a 400 million yuan financing round. It was jointly led by Yuelu Zhixin and Xinding Capital. The old shareholder Fangzheng Hesheng made additional investment, Qinghao Capital, Hunan Yunfa and other institutions Follow the vote.

Xidi Zhijia completed its first round of financing in 2018, led by Sequoia Capital China and China Everbright, including Lenovo Star, Baidu Ventures, Clearwater Bay Hong Kong Ventures, Lansi Technology, Hangsheng Investors, including electronics, followed suit. In 2019, Xidi Zhijia completed the A round and A+ round of financing successively, and completed the A++ round of financing of more than 100 million yuan in 2020.

Founded in October 2017, Xidi Zhijia is a smart driving car technology and product service provider. The company has two co-founders, one is the world's top artificial intelligence robotics expert, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology entrepreneurial tutor Professor Li Zexiang, and the other is a Ph.D. in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey in the UK, and the former Director of System Research and Development of Texas Instruments Kilby Research Institute Ma Wei.

Different from the 'single-vehicle intelligence' route of most autopilot companies on the market, Xidi Smart Drive combines the two solutions of 'bicycle intelligence' and 'vehicle-road collaboration' to develop intelligent driving commercial vehicles and vehicle-road collaboration products . The business covers smart driving trucks (heavy trucks, park trucks, etc.), smart driving mining cards and special vehicles, vehicle-road collaboration, and smart travel.

In 2020, Xidi Zhijia has signed a total of hundreds of millions of yuan in orders, and jointly carried out the park logistics autonomous driving project with Huawei and BYD, and conducted trial operations in the Huawei manufacturing park.
